Imagine you duplicate your favorite clients—people that you enjoy working with.

Your life would be 10 times easier and you would make 10 times more money, right?

I assume that you would be very happy if you duplicated these people, and you're reading this blog because you want that. So keep reading…

Can you duplicate your ideal clients?...

You can’t actually duplicate them—maybe that will be possible in 1,000 to 2,000 years from now—but for now, you will get the attention of similar people, with the same interests, behaviors, and demographics.

So yes, it is possible to attract similar people like them.

With today's modern marketing tools, you have the opportunity to attract the attention of your ideal clients because everyone in this day & age uses social media.

If you don't, you live under a rock. Everyone has at least Facebook.

If you show your ads to the right people on social media, then the chances of having a successful campaign are high. YES, you can do that with the Facebook Ads Manager.

And today I will tell you exactly how to do that.

Let’s dig in…

To duplicate your favorite clients, you need to know...

Who are you talking to with your copy/marketing?

If you get this right, your ads will work, but if you don’t, your investment is pointless.

Why?

Imagine you are a stand-up comedian and you’re in Dubai. Let’s say that you have partnered up with a famous whisky brand.

You make people laugh, and they enjoy your show. At the end of the show, you pitch how great this whisky is.

Let’s say that the best salesman wrote the pitch that you told them—the pitch is great.

Would you increase the sales?

F*ck no.

You're talking to the wrong group of people—you're talking to Muslims (They don’t drink alcohol and never tried it, so they are not interested in your whisky)

That’s the importance of who you're talking to with your marketing.

That’s why your Meta campaign is not successful.

You used the boost tool or you didn’t laser point your targeted audience. You didn’t target the right people with your ads.

But if you do that, your marketing has a chance of scaling your business to multiple figures. I’ve seen it happen.

So let’s figure out, WHO are you talking to with your marketing?...

Also, you need to understand what your client thinks so that you can create the effect with your copy inside their mind.

Copy connecting with your ideal clients

Step 1 - Who are you talking to?

Take a piece of paper and ask yourself: “Who are my best customers?” Which client spends a lot of money on your services?

Let’s say that there are 40-year-old dudes who buy your book about getting laid, and there are 17-year-old boys who buy the same book. Keep in mind that these people have the same desires—you know that because they bought your product.

That’s why we will focus more on their frustrations, interests, desires, and beliefs. These are the most important things—not the demographics.

“The why sells!”

They bought your book because they felt lonely—not because they're forty. Now your job is to sell the why with your copy.

Answer these questions…

Generally, what kind of people are they?

What is their current pain state?

What is their desirable dream state?

Once you answer these questions, you will have the ammunition to write the best copy.

This is the first thing you should do before you write any copy.

You can figure this information out by asking these questions to your best customers. Go for a coffee with him/her and ask them questions that you would be interested in. Let them talk and they will tell you what they like, how they think, and who they are—you just have to listen.

What are they interested in? What are their behaviors? How many kids do they have?

What did they study? What do they like to do?

The more you know about them—the better!

You will use this information for 2 important things...

  1. For targeting your ideal clients with the Meta Ads Manager—you can target different interests, behaviors, and demographics. This is very important because if you show your ads to the right people, the results will be better.

  2. For writing your copy: Now you will know why they bought—and you just have to sell the why.

Ask your client:

“How did you feel before buying my product?” (They will tell you their pains)

“What did you like the most after you used my product?” (They will tell you their dream state)

You can also answer these questions by doing research online. People are oversharing their thoughts and feelings online.

Where to look:

Google Maps Reviews, "My journey" type videos on YouTube, YouTube comments, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook groups, Reddit, and Amazon Reviews.

Important things to remember…

Steal their exact language when possible and use it in your ads.

We currently work with a tour guide in Florence, and I target rich, educated, Jewish wives that have a lot of money. By doing this, my ads will give me better results because the right people see them—and if I steal their exact language from the reviews, then my campaign will be profitable.
